WA3Birchwood is planned estate housing from the seventies and eighties, where the integral garage is very often the cheapest room in the house to gain..
WA3Culcheth sits out on the edge of the borough with bigger plots, so the extensions there are usually generous ones..
WA2Winwick is a straight run up the A49 from us, which makes it one of the easiest places we work..
WA4Thelwall has a lot of older property on narrow lanes, so access for a dig and a delivery gets planned before anything else does..
WA4Latchford is largely Victorian terraces, where the gain almost always comes from opening the back of the house up rather than building out a long way..
WA5Westbrook is newer estate housing where the plots are regular, so the survey is quick and the price lands quickly with it..
WA2Orford is five minutes from the yard, so small jobs there can often be slotted in around a bigger build..
WA5Burtonwood is a village with a good deal of newer housing around it, and side extensions are the common ask because the plots allow for them..
WA4Stretton is the southern edge of our patch, mostly detached property on bigger plots with room to build out properly..
